Train-the-Trainer training program

Often we ask experienced, knowledgeable people to train others, but we don’t equip them with  the training skills to do it. So, when you want them to “stand up and deliver”, they more often than not “crash and burn”. What you thought was a motivating experience, “Go train these folks.” Becomes a horrible experience for the inexperienced trainer.

In this training, we will share how to train others to achieve your mission while making it an enjoyable (not sleepy) experience. The course length depends on the skills you want your internal trainers to develop:  design, delivery, or both? In this program, the learners will be video-recorded so that they can evaluate themselves.
